Job Description

We are currently searching for experienced nurses in the D.C. Metro Region who desire to work in Dialysis as a Clinical Educator.

The Clinical Services Specialist will be both an educator and a quality outcomes specialist covering specific regions for (login to see company). Key responsibilities will include development, review, and roll out of clinical policies and education materials; implementation and monitoring of plans to meet facility goals; and sharing best practices that support quality management programs. Additional duties may include assisting in preceptor training programs and training teammates, management, and patients.

Licensed registered nurse. Three to five years of nephrology experience. Experience in CQI methodology and techniques. Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet knowledge. CNN or CDN, Bonent certification within two years of employment desired
