CRITICAL CARE RNs

Surgical ICU - 12-bed, complex post-op, neuro
Medical ICU - 12-bed, complex medical
Cardiac ICU - 12-bed medical cardiac & complex interventional
Cardiovascular ICU - 8-bed cardiothoracic surg recovery & care
PCU/CVU - 32-bed step-down unit for medical cardiac and post-op open hearts
Cath Lab – interventional & diagnostic, ESP, ablation, perm pm & ICDs, cardioversion, some vascular
12-hour shifts
We pay $1.50/hour for RN specialty certification in each area!
Clinical Ladder for professional growth at the bedside
Magnet application in progress—for submission March 2008!
