Manager, Telemetry and ICU
Advocate Trinity Hospital
Chicago, IL

The Manager has responsibility for 2 ICU/TCU/Dialysis departments at Trinity Hospital. Assess, direct and evaluate holistic nursing practice on a 24-hour basis and support the development of professional nurses and other associates functioning within the telemetry division. Establish team directives and monitor and improve quality care by standardizing practices across 2 telemetry units. Collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal customer satisfaction and quality health care delivery. Provide supervision of Assistant Managers and promote the development of future Trinity leaders. Institute retention strategies within the division to reduce staff turnover and improve associate work life.

Interested candidates must have a BS or BSN from an accredited school of Nursing and have 3-5 years of RN experience. Must actively participate in hospital committees and have 3-5 years of progressive management experience. Requires current licensure in the state of Illinois, CPR certification and ACLS certification.
