Job Description

Advocate Bethany Hospital, an 85-bed speciality hospital for patients with serious or lenghty illnesses, is opening a new medical surgcial unit. Bethany provides high-tech care for patients with complex medical conditions who need extended stay. Bethany offers an opportunity for nurses seeking a special brand of challenge and fulfillment!

We are looking for RN''s who are experienced in telemetry, ICU, ventilator and wound management. We offer flexible shift scheduling which includes your choice of 7pm to 7am, or 3pm to 11pm. Qualifications:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills.
Technical skills in the field of specialty, including use of equipment typical on a patient care unit.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Have knowledge or be willing to acquire knowledge about the current healthcare environment, i.e. managed care.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Earn 5.0 continuing education credits annually.
Minimal 1 year experience.
Approval of site Clinical Advancement Board.
Current Illinois RN license.
Current CPR.
