Critical Care Clinical Specialist
DESCRIPTION: If you are an RN with critical care experience, this may be an opportunity for you to take the next step up in your career. We are seeking a highly professional, customer focused, critical care nurse or clinical Consultant to join our Product Sales Consultant (PSC) sales team. The successful candidate will live in the Chicago area and serve as a consultant to our existing hospital customers throughout the Midwest region. He/she will be responsible provides customers with Clinical expertise, education, systems development consulting, and product line utilization services. Provides clinical support to the Sales and Marketing teams in accomplishing sales objectives. Provides specific product training for internal and external customers. . He/she will manage all pre-sale and implementation activity and work together with our hospital critical care specialist sales force to ensure continuous customer satisfaction. He/she will be an active contributor to our unique corporate culture, as we believe it helps to ensure the future success of company.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor‘s degree (BSN, BA, or BS), preferably in Nursing, business, or a technical area
•Nursing experience working in a critical care departments
•Critical care nursing background is highly desirable
•2-6 years‘ critical care hospital nursing experience or corporate clinical consulting/specialist experience is highly desirable
•Effective Communication skills (oral & written)
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Candidates must live in the Midwest area: Chicago/Wisconsin area and able to travel as required to cover the assigned territory
•Ability to work cross functionally in a team environment with sales & marketing
Training experience using educational processes preferred.
