We are a leader in nursing autonomy and innovative procedures among ICU units which include the arctic sun device, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), IABP-balloon pump, PA catheters, protocol order sets regarding sedation, electrolytes, and insulin.

Our ICU areas offer CVR, CV Stepdown, ICU, and ICU Stepdown. Each unit is managed by long term managers who are well respected by their staff. Each unit is closed with no pulling. ONLY 12 Hr. shifts are available in each unit.
