Job Description

Focusing on continuously improving the quality of life of our patients, (login to see company) clinics have opened nocturnal programs across the country. Nurses typically work 3 nights a week with shifts starting at 8pm/9pm and ending at 4:30/5am. With the help of our Patient Care Technicians, this shift allows greater autonomy while providing work/life flexibility for family, school and other activities. This same flexibility is extended to our patients who are afforded the opportunity to dialyze at night, which allows them to keep their normal daily schedule. Primary responsibilities include patient assessment, development and administration of dialysis plans, patient data analysis, administering medications, fluid therapy/blood products and other treatments per physician’s orders. Additional duties include training new staff members, as well as preparing, monitoring and maintaining dialysis machines and systems.
