Job Description
ProHealth Care’s Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital is a 75-bed, general acute-care hospital. We currently seek a Manager, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a primarily day position.

This experienced RN will be responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well being for all patients in the ICU on a 24-hour basis. Will plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate the overall clinical nursing practices, including fiscal, material and human resource management. Will also participate in the development of policies and procedures and maintain open communication with all staff to promote performance improvement.
Requires a current WI RN license, BSN with 5 years of critical care. Three years of management experience preferred.
