We have just built a new Cardiovascular Institute, and this growth brings a need for experienced RNs in critical care. This new building allows you the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and design of facility!

We are currently seeking experienced Intensive Care/Critical Care Registered Nurses for both full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications: We are seeking experienced RNs that are graduates from state accredited schools of nursing with current Wisconsin licensure (or ability to obtain). Possess organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Experienced ICU RNs desired. RNs with several years of acute care or med/surg looking to advance their skills will be considered.

Summary: The Registered Nurse (Patient Care Coordinator) position is a registered nurse. The RN-PCC is responsible for the provision and coordination of nursing care to include nursing diagnosis, identification of expected outcomes and development of plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and other interdisciplinary team members as appropriate. The RN-PCC identifies interventions to attain expected outcomes, implements the interventions identified in the plan of care, evaluates the progress of the patient/family toward attainment of outcomes, and documents the process. The RN-PCC delegates tasks and activities as appropriate.
