We are currently seeking a NICU RN for full-time, 2nd shift.

Qualifications: Current WI RN license. NICU/Nursery/Pediatric Experience prefered, but will consider new grad. Excellent communication skills. Desire to teach and work with families in a Family Centered Care environment.

Summary: Critically ill preterm/newborns/convalescent infants and general pediatric patients are cared for by a staff with focus on Family Centered Care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient/family needs and nursing care; provides for the health educational needs of families, manages patient care assignments, demonstrates professional/clinical competency, and practices within the Code of Ethics for nurses and the Standards of Nursing Practice. Staff works closely with families to assist them in transitioning home with their infant. Staff work closely with other disciplines i.e. Speech, OT, Social Service and Spiritual Care. to provide the latest technology in the hands of experts who care.
