Job Description
As a member of the health care team will manage and provide outcome directed care to a diverse and critically ill patient population with highly complex and unpredictable needs. Must be self directed, a team player, and participate in the shared governance councils. Current CT RN License required. A minimum of 1 year of recent medical or surgical experience required with an excellent clinical performance record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonastrated flexibility, organizational skills, and problem solving skiills. CCRN, or CNRN preferred.
