Requirements for this job:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Current or pending state RN license in practicing state (IDPR)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience required
Specialty Certification required
CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the patient care given, personnel and unit management. Maintains high visibility within designated areas of responsibility. Participates in a collaborative management structure that shares responsibilities and functions across traditional department/unit boundaries. Provides direction and administrative support to multidisciplinary teams who provide care and services to persons and families.
