Job Description
Oversees and is responsible for manangement (operational, financial, and Human Resource) within the Pediatric Intesive Care Unit (PICU). Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to positively impact patient care. Partners with staff to provide patient/ family centered care and maintain an effective work environment. Focused on continuous quality improvment and safety/ qualtiy efforts. Responsible for meeting departments regulatory requirements. Serves as a leader and role model with staff.
- 3 years inpatient pediatric experience (1 year in ICU)
- 2 years managerial/ supervisory experience
- BSN required (Masters is preferrable)
