Unique, exciting and pivotal position in the world of health care, offering the qualified individual a challenging work life with a primary focus on saving and enhancing lives. Our DONATION COORDINATORS respond to organ and tissue recovery cases during scheduled “on-call” periods. They identify potential organ and tissue donors; manage the clinical care of the donor to assure the viability of organs and tissues for transplantation; and assist in the clinical recovery of organs. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility for its varying hours. Clinical training required, preferably with critical care or trauma experience. Background as an ICU RN, PA, or Nurse Practitioner preferred. Must be able to serve on a rotating call schedule with flexibility and extended hours. Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
